Licensed in Georgia, Maryland, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, he represents individuals, families, professionals, executives, business owners, and organizations in matters involving estate planning, criminal defense, labor and employment law, and civil litigation.

Mr. Joseph previously served three terms as Chief Territorial Public Defender of the U.S. Virgin Islands, where he was responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and administration of one of the territory's most significant legal agencies. In that role, he oversaw attorneys, investigators, and support personnel, developed and implemented agency policies, managed budgets and operations, and led organizational initiatives designed to improve efficiency and client service.
Throughout his career, Mr. Joseph has represented clients in complex legal matters, formal hearings, administrative proceedings, and jury and bench trials. His experience spans both civil and criminal litigation, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of legal strategy, advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
In addition to his litigation and advisory practice, Mr. Joseph assists individuals and families with estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and related planning strategies designed to protect loved ones and preserve assets for future generations.
Mr. Joseph also possesses significant experience in leadership, human resources, recruiting, retention, training, labor relations, and organizational management. During his tenure as Chief Territorial Public Defender, he regularly testified before the Legislature of the U.S. Virgin Islands on matters affecting the legal system, public defense, and government operations.
